Word of Mouth:
Have you ever been so excited about a purchase that you couldn’t wait to tell everyone you know about it? When customers spread the word about a positive experience they’ve had (a quality product, excellent customer service, unbeatable price, etc), it’s known as word of mouth advertising. Word of mouth can be a powerful tool, but only if you have a strategy for using it. Contrary to popular belief, word of mouth doesn’t happen automatically, even if you have an amazing product or service. Word spreads most quickly when there is an interesting story that’s easy to share. What is your business’ story? How can people who hear become so inspired that they can’t help but tell other people? Is it easy to understand and share? If you find a few people who are really excited about what you do, give them whatever they need to become evangelists for your business. They will recruit others to the cause.
