One of the most critical things you bring to your business is your set of assumptions – those hunches or ideas you have about why your business is going to work.  Because people rarely get it right from the start, we want you to constantly test your ideas during BOSS to figure out which of your assumptions are right and which ones need to change.  Our role is to guide you through this process of discovery.
