Sometimes traditional advertising strategies are still the best options for your business. Print, television, and radio ads continue to reach a broad segment of the population. Events generate interest and excitement in the community, while press releases and media coverage help get the word out. If you have a really interesting, unique, or compelling story, you may be able to get a local or national newspaper, blog, TV channel, or radio station to cover it for free. While pursuing all of these options can be pricey, choosing one or two for your business can reach the less technologically savvy customer.
