Hopefully this class and conversations with potential customers have helped you figure out which of your assumptions were right and which need modification.

Think back to how you envisioned your business in Session 1.  Has anything changed?  How would you describe your vision for your business now?

With this picture in mind, what do you need to do to make your new vision a reality?  To help you explore the steps you need to take for your business to succeed, we’ll focus on two questions.
