Greg Noe

Greg Noe holds a quadruple-major BBA and a double-major MBA from the University of Cincinnati. A versatile management consultant, he built The Edgar Allen Group into a collection of companies offering complementary business services. His flagship firm, Professional Business Services, began as a college typing service and grew into a full accounting, payroll, tax, and consulting practice serving hundreds of clients. In 1996, Greg launched E-tech Express, providing computer and network consulting, system design, web services, and data recovery. The combination of accounting and technology expertise gives him a distinctive edge in serving small businesses. By 2008, he broadened his entrepreneurial reach to include feasibility studies, start-up support, venture capital packaging, franchise consulting, and succession planning, contributing strategic and financial guidance to multiple ventures. Greg has held licenses as an enrolled agent, insurance agent, and Series 7 securities professional. He also served as an adjunct professor of accounting and business ethics at the University of Cincinnati and is a service‑disabled Vietnam‑era veteran.

Mary Noe

Mary is Vice President of Pro Biz Services, a full-service accounting firm. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University and participated in the M.B.A. Program of Business Administration at Louisiana State University. She is recognized as a thorough and efficient accountant with over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. Mary began her career working for a Member of Congress in Washington, D.C., followed by a position in the Legislative Liaison Division of the National Association of REALTORS®. In 1987, Mary became a licensed nursing home administrator, working at several nursing homes and continuing care retirement communities. Her position with Professional Business Services began in 1993, where she utilized her 30+ years of experience as a professional accountant and consultant to facilitate success for small businesses and start-ups in the Cincinnati area. As an enrolled agent, Mary specializes in taxation and has represented many clients before the IRS.

Bonita Palmer

With over 25 years of experience in corporate operations management and business ownership, Bonita Palmer is a dynamic leader, speaker, executive growth coach, and author. Her mission is to deliver exceptional leadership and management practices that empower businesses to excel in customer-focused environments. Bonita’s influence extends beyond coaching; she has inspired hundreds as a keynote speaker and seminar presenter. Eric Bartlam

Eric R. Bartlam is an intellectual property attorney focusing his expertise on patent preparation and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, opinions on issues related to infringement, validity, patentability and other IP issues, licensing, and other legal agreements, as well as prosecution strategy for patent filings around the world. He also develops litigation strategy, participates in litigation and dispute resolution, and provides counsel on many intellectual property issues of our clients. Eric directs his patent practice toward mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies in wide ranging areas including medical devices, agricultural equipment, high security access devices, outdoor power equipment, industrial machinery, electronic/software controls, and vehicle accessories.

Nick Kowalski

Nick graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2011 and founded Kowalski Law, PLLC in April 2025.  He serves as fractional general counsel for small- and medium-sized businesses and non-profits to address their day-to-day legal needs, including business formation, contracts, employment, and compliance issues.  He also offers estate planning to individuals and families.  

Nick serves on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit, Healthy Visions , coaches his son’s soccer team, advises the Steering Committee for the Cincinnati Bar Association Lawyers Connecting Beyond the Law, and serves as a trouble shooter (poll manager) for elections in Kenton County, Kentucky.
